Our Team
FlowCandy is a dedicated collective of lifecycle marketing experts, encompassing strategists, project managers, designers, developers and copywriters all committed to empowering eCommerce stores in mastering the art of email and lifecycle marketing.
Our Recruitment Process
1. Review
We carefully review each application individually, conducting a thorough screening process to shortlist candidates who meet our criteria.
2. Team Interview
Being a remote-first company, we conduct interviews via video call. Shortlisted candidates will speak to our CEO or Team members.
3. Assessment
Successful candidates are invited to complete an assessment to evaluate their technical expertise, problem-solving abilities, and overall skill set.
4. Final Call & Offer
A final round of interviews is done. this may include a final interview, project debrief and an offer may be extended to the successful candidate.

Success Manager
Full-time - Remote
We're looking for an experienced Success Manager to join our team with availability from 9am-5pm EST. You will mainly be responsible for managing on our “squads'' and ensure client success. Your main responsibilities will include: setting and managing client goals, communicating with clients, WOW-worthy client fulfillment management, leading the squad and identifying and addressing issues.
Project Manager
Full-time - Remote
We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team with availability from 9am-5pm EST. You will act as the manager of all projects within a "squad” (what we call our teams), ensuring the success of retention marketing efforts for our clients while fostering a high-performance culture within your team. Ideally, we’d like for you to have or build the ability and skills to graduate into a Success Manager. Our average squad consists of about 8 clients and a team of 5 (you, your success manager, a designer, a developer, and a copywriter). As a Project Manager, you'll need to lead, coach, work efficiently, and uphold FlowCandy standards while working collaboratively to meet client goals and achieve outstanding results.
Operations and HR Manager
Full-time - Remote
We're looking for an Operations and HR Manager to join our team with availability from 9am-5pm EST. You will mainly be responsible for supporting the implementation of established processes within the teams, as well as providing assistance with onboarding, offboarding, and supporting both clients and employees.
Copywriter
Full-time - Remote
We're looking for an Copywriter to join our team with availability from 9am-5pm EST. You will mainly be responsible for writing high quality email campaigns, email flow, landing page and popup copy for our clients. You will be working day-to-day in one of our squads and interacting with various members of our fulfillment team (e.g. project managers, designers and developers etc.) to ensure high quality copy gets deployed for our clients.
You will need to be able to adapt and calibrate your copy to various clients. Our clients work in all types of industries, so being able to calibrate to each client is key. You will also need to be able to join our daily standup calls and weekly squad tactical calls to ensure alignment across the team.
Graphic Designer
Full-time - Remote
We're looking for an Email Designer to join our team with availability from 9am-5pm EST. You will mainly be responsible for designing high quality email campaigns, email flows, landing pages and popups for our clients. Full Stack Developer
Full-time - Remote
We're looking for an Full Stack Developer to join our team with availability from 9am-5pm EST. You will mainly be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining scalable code for our email marketing platform. You'll collaborate closely with our design, marketing, and strategy teams to build email campaigns and troubleshoot API and eCommerce tech stack issues as they arise.
