Email Marketing Designer

Full time - Remote

About The Role:

We're looking for an Email Designer to join our team with availability from 9am-5pm EST. You will mainly be responsible for designing high quality email campaigns, email flows, sign-up forms (pop-ups), animations and email design systems. You will be working day-to-day in one of our squads and interacting with various members of our fulfillment team (e.g. project managers, copywriters, and developers etc.) to ensure high quality designs get deployed for our clients.

You will need to be able to adapt and calibrate your designs to various clients. Our clients work in all types of industries, so being able to calibrate to each client is key. You will also need to be able to join our daily standup calls and weekly squad tactical calls to ensure alignment across the team.

Must-haves Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in email design (portfolio or Figma file with email examples are required), digital marketing, email marketing or eCommerce. Experience in an email marketing agency is a big plus.

  • Advanced in Figma (knowledge of outolayout is a must).

  • Strong knowledge of PS, AE, AI.

  • Proficient in animation creation in PS and AE.

  • Experience in Klaviyo Email Builder.

  • Knowledge of Zeplin is a plus.

  • Experience with project management tool ClickUp

    is highly preferred.

  • Experience with Slack for effective team communication.

  • Comfortable with Google Apps (Gmail, Drive, Calendar etc.).

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.

  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design techniques.
