About The Role:
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at FlowCandy, you will be responsible for creating consistent, qualified sales opportunities by starting meaningful conversations with the right brands.
This role is not about blasting generic outreach. It’s about targeting the right accounts, running thoughtful outbound, qualifying properly, and feeding high-quality opportunities into the sales pipeline.
You will work closely with the Founders and sales leadership and have a direct impact on revenue growth
What We're Looking For:
Experience in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role (agency or B2B SaaS a plus)
Comfortable setting up discovery calls via conversations on LinkedIn or Email
Strong written communication and conversational skills
Comfort with outbound prospecting and rejection
Ability to qualify prospects intelligently, not scriptedly
Organized, reliable, and process-oriented
Hunger to learn sales, marketing, and business at a high level
Experience selling to eCommerce brands
Familiarity with agencies, retainers, or performance-based services
Experience using CRMs like HubSpot, Close, or Salesforce
