About The Role:
We’re looking for a Content Coordinator who can bring ideas, creativity, and organization to our marketing efforts. This role is focused on content production, SEO optimization, trend-driven ideation, and turning fulfillment output into high-quality marketing assets.
You will be responsible for creating on-brand visuals, optimizing webpages, gathering content from our fulfillment team, and ensuring our digital presence stays fresh, updated, and aligned with current social media trends. You will work closely with marketing, design, sales, and fulfillment to keep content flowing, accurate, and performance-driven.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Assist with trend-aligned content informed by current social media formats and best practices
Create basic graphics and visuals using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
Optimize website content for SEO, including keywords, metadata, alt text, and internal linking
Collect and produce content from fulfillment activities (case studies, project spotlights, customer reviews, design showcases)
Coordinate on-site content by helping get blog posts and website updates organized, and published
Collaborate with marketing, design, sales, and fulfillment teams to ensure accuracy and brand consistency
Maintain and organize digital assets including photos, testimonials, and design files
Track and report performance across platforms using engagement, impression, and SEO metrics
What We're Looking For:
Experience in digital marketing or content marketing
Strong awareness of social media trends and emerging content formats
Basic graphic design capability (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools)
Understanding of SEO principles and website optimization
Detail-oriented with strong quality control
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative thinker who proactively brings ideas forward
Strong communicator who collaborates well across teams
Able to use data and performance insights to guide content improvements
