Jr Auditor

About The Role:

We're looking for a Junior Auditor to join our team with availability from 9am-5pm EST. This person will be the critical link between our marketing and sales departments—helping us identify, engage, and qualify the right leads from our ecosystem.

You'll work directly with the founders, sales team, and marketing team to bring prospects into meaningful conversations, provide value, and guide them toward solutions with FlowCandy.

This role is a hybrid of research, engagement, and sales enablement. You’re part connector, part detective, part concierge. If you love finding signal in the noise, sparking value-driven convos, and making stuff happen—this might be your role.

What We're Looking For:

  • Lead scoring & qualification: You’ll be responsible for tracking and qualifying inbound leads weekly. You’ll work with senior auditors and marketing to score these leads, highlight high-potential accounts, and brainstorm ways to provide immediate value to them.

  • LinkedIn engagement & lead activation: You’ll manage our Sales Navigator account, engage with key prospects on LinkedIn, and comment thoughtfully on their content to drive meaningful touchpoints.

  • Personalized outreach & mid-funnel campaign support: You’ll build personalized outreach sequences with Sales & Marketing for qualified leads, focusing on relevance and resonance. Your goal is to create momentum toward discovery calls.

  • Sales & marketing alignment: You’ll help align messaging between marketing campaigns and sales outreach. This includes creating sales-supporting content and giving feedback to ensure a cohesive narrative across the funnel.

  • Discovery call enablement: You’ll support the sales process by identifying bottlenecks from interest to close. You’ll help improve lead tracking, outreach workflows, and resource sharing that move leads to the audit stage and beyond.

  • Ambitious self-starter: You’ll be given playbooks, tools, and a solid strategy—but success in this role comes from your curiosity, hunger, and initiative. You must be willing to experiment, analyze, and improve the process as you go.

Must-haves Skills and Experience:

  • 1–2 years experience in a role tied to marketing, sales, SDR, or auditing (agency or startup experience a bonus)

  • Strong understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing (email, paid media, retention strategies)

  • Experience using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and/or CRM tools

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent written communication and copy editing skills

  • Analytical thinker—comfortable scoring leads and using data to make recommendations

  • Comfortable with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

  • Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar platforms is a big plus

  • Proactive communicator and natural connector
