Wonder Valley offers a world where health is a priority and Olive Oil reigns supreme. Their olive oil is certified extra virgin grade, their skincare ingredients are potent and plant-based, and their packaging is as sustainable as possible with a goal of minimal to no plastic.
Wonder Valley came to FlowCandy as a Level 1 store. They needed expertise in dialing in optimized flow automations. They wanted to optimize flows to be more entertaining and experiential with the goal of creating long time customers and increasing conversions.

Challenge
Wonder Valley came to FlowCandy as a Level 1 store. They had an urgent need to build out foundational flows to realize revenue and provide a better customer experience. They have beautiful brand imagery that wasn't being reflected across all channels, including Email. They needed expertise in dialing in optimized flow automation.
Goals
As Wonder Valley was at Level 1, we needed to get the foundations built. We set out to build a Strategy Playbook to uncover their biggest opportunities. We would create a Design System to make the retention channel more scalable and nimble. Finally, we would execute on the Strategy Playbook and utilize the Email Design System to build a foundation to provide immediate wins and position Wonder Valley for growth.
Solution
FlowCandy implemented 2 custom Opt-In Forms, 8 Foundational Flows as well as a bonus 6 campaigns using the elevated Email Design System. In just 90 days, the new flows and campaigns realized a total of $27,851.40 in revenue. We took Wonder Valley from a Level 1 to a Level 2. A Level 2 store has the foundational systems needed to generate consistent retention revenue, establish benchmarks, and set themselves up to scale.
