To understand our turnaround time it’s important to understand that all of our deliverable go through a strict 6-step process to ensure accuracy and limit mistakes. This process starts with strategy, double-checking logic, writing copy, designing assets, implementation of everything, and a rigid quality control check before launch. The above table is also a “ballpark” estimate based on working with 100+ stores over the years. Sometimes we can fulfill tasks quicker once we start working
together and have a general working rapport that is defined and streamlined.

FlowCandy FAQ
Depending on the plan you choose, we will always be working on one, two, or three tasks simultaneously. As soon as one is finished, we will move to the next requested flow or campaign in the queue. If your plans volume is too low, you can always upgrade or contact us to add on additional tasks.
Unlimited means you can request as many Klaviyo flows, campaigns, popups, etc. as you would like. Tasks will be tackled in the order that they are submitted (unless otherwise specified) at the rate that your plan includes.
Ultimately it depends on the length and complexity of the project you request. A standard campaign typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on revisions. Flows are more variable as they can be anywhere from 2 to 8+ emails long – but we work to get them out as soon as possible.
Yes, we do all of our copywriting and design in-house. Your copy will be written by native English speakers and the designs are created by professional designers we have on staff.
Our Quality Assurance team reviews every email we send for the obvious things like spelling, grammar, and correct links, as well as the not so obvious things like email size, brand voice, and coupon setup. All emails are checked at multiple stages by multiple people on our team before anything is seen by your customers.
Your project manager will be responsible for communicating the status of your project as well as submitting all copy, design, and final emails for review. All communication with your project manager and the FlowCandy team will be through email. If your plan includes Slack support you will also have a designated channel in our Slack with direct access to the FlowCandy team.
The monthly strategy call is a time for our premium subscribers to chat with an experienced email marketer to plan the next month of flows and campaigns. You will be able to get solid advice that pertains to your specific store, ask questions about strategy, and brainstorm new ideas for your marketing efforts.
