Here is the sequence of events we use when hiring:

If your initial application is successful we will send you a simple test task. Make sure to complete within a couple of days.
If your test task is successful and we feel you’d be a good fit, we will schedule an interview with you.
Second interviews may be scheduled and we will then move on to making a final decision.
Successful candidates will be made an offer and we will begin onboarding as soon as possible!
